Azia is a skilled Lead UX practitioner who enjoys improving experiences with lots of touch points. She has a wide range of industry experience which include; Retail, Telecoms, Banking and Finance, Media and Entertainment, Automotive with a particular passion for Healthcare, patient and provider experiences and Accessibility. Azia has conducted many in-context accessibility sessions with participants with a range of disabilities and medical conditions.  She takes pride in understanding the direction clients wish to drive in and is very experienced in facilitating sessions. She has over 15 years of experience in managing local and international research projects. Azia has a background in applied computing, and HCI and Ergonomics.
